Verified Supplier Directory (go.verifiedsupplierdirectory.com) runs request-a-quote pages on behalf of the suppliers listed on this site. This policy explains what we collect through those pages and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number and your answer to the question on the form. We also record the page you used, the ad or link that brought you there (for example Google Ads click identifiers and UTM tags), the referring page, your browser type and your approximate country.

Why we collect it

We use your details to pass your request to the supplier named on the page so they can respond to you, to keep a record of requests, to prevent spam and abuse, and to measure which advertising works.

Who we share it with

Your request is shared with the supplier named on the page you submitted. We also use service providers to run this site: website hosting (Vercel), a database (Supabase) and, where enabled, advertising measurement (Google). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing privacy@verifiedsupplierdirectory.com.
