Triple wall and heavy duty corrugated options
Triple wall corrugated gives you the most board strength we offer in a standard shipping box. It suits heavy machine parts, bulk material, palletized freight and any load that would crush a lighter carton.
If you are not sure which grade you need, we can help you compare Mullen burst strength and ECT ratings, then quote a stock size or a custom size made to your product.

- Strength grades: 32 ECT, 44 ECT, 48 ECT and 200# Mullen burst; 200# Mullen is about 15% heavier than 32 ECT per 1,000 sq ft

Custom box runs start at 100 pieces. Many stock boxes and bulk bins are sold in bundle or pallet quantities, so tell us your volume and we will confirm the pack quantity.
How is pricing worked out?
Price depends on size, wall construction, board grade, quantity and whether the box is stock or custom. Volume pricing is available on larger orders. Send your specs for exact pricing.
How long do custom boxes take?
Custom orders are typically produced in about 7 to 14 days. Stock sizes are available for faster fulfillment.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States from multiple shipping points. Large sheets and bulk bins usually move by freight, so ask us for a freight quote on oversized or palletized orders.
Can I get boxes printed or made to my exact product size?
Yes. Custom boxes are engineered to your inside dimensions and can be plain kraft, white, or custom printed from one color to full color.
