Sizes, grades and specialty sheets
Corrugated sheets and layer pads are simple, flat pieces of kraft board that do a lot of work. Use them between layers of product, as a top cap on a pallet, as a divider inside a gaylord, or as a stiffener in a flat mailer.

What sizes of corrugated cardboard sheets do you stock?
Stock sheets run from 12" x 36" up to 48" x 96". Layer pads run from 5 7/8" x 5 7/8" up to 23 7/8" x 23 7/8". Trimmed sizes such as 47.25" x 31.5", 60" x 45" and 60" x 80" are also available.
How much do corrugated sheets cost?
Per-sheet pricing is shown online. Sheets range from about $1.15 for a 24" x 18" up to $18.33 for a 60" x 80" V11c mil-spec sheet. 48" x 96" sheets are $7.08 with volume pricing as low as $4.65. Layer pads run about $0.87 to $2.02 each.
Are sheets sold individually or in bundles?
Sheets and pads are sold in bundle quantities. Tell us how many you need and we will confirm the bundle count in your quote.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Our design services team supplies custom trimmed, scored and made-to-size sheets. Send your dimensions and grade with your request.
Do you have sheets for heavy pallet loads?
Yes. Standard sheets are 200#/ECT-32 kraft. For heavier stacking we offer 275# double wall (ECT-48) and triple wall grades.
Do you supply compliance paperwork?
V11c trimmed sheets are made to mil-spec ASTM D4727. Contact us for specification sheets or certificates of compliance.
