Why a round wire saw beats a flat blade
Cuts in every direction
The 360° tooth cuts in any orientation. You never stop to rotate the blade, so notches, curves and spirals go faster.
One solid wire
Each blade is a single stainless steel wire, not twisted fine strands. There is nothing fine to fray or snap mid-cut.
Reaches where flat blades cannot
The round wire gets into tight spots. Twist off the ends of a .040" or .050" blade and use it as a hole saw.
Safe and easy to handle
The blade does not readily cut skin, so it coils into a pocket, a kit or a tool box without a fight.

Stainless steel wire saw sizes and options
The Spyral blade is one stainless steel wire with a cutting edge all the way around it. It is flexible, self-cleaning, and it cuts forward, backward and sideways. That means no fighting the set of a flat blade and no starting over when the cut turns a corner.
We make the blades in Gardena, California and sell them retail, wholesale and private label. Diameters run from .028" to .074", and we weld round wire bandsaw blades into continuous loops at the length you need.

What does a stainless steel wire saw cost?
Retail items are low cost. The Spyral Pocket Saw is $4.95 and the Freestyle Coping Saw Kit is $22.25. Wholesale, private label and custom blades are quoted, because price depends on diameter, length and quantity.
Do you sell in bulk or under my own brand?
Yes. We supply wholesale and private label blades, including pocket saws, military survival saws, hacksaw blades and coping saw blades. Send us your volume and we will quote it.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. We make custom blades to specification, weld round wire bandsaw blades into continuous loops in .040", .050" and .074" at your length, and offer a bandsaw blade welding service.
What materials will it cut?
The wire blades cut metals, plastics, ceramics, adhesives, rubber, wood and bone. The 20" military saw cuts wood, light metals and mild steel. For tile, glass, stone, concrete and fiberglass we offer a 12" diamond coated round wire blade.
Will the blades fit the saw I already own?
Our 12" round wire hacksaw blades fit any standard 12" hacksaw frame. Coping saw blades fit only the Spyral Freestyle Coping Saw, not standard coping saws. Bandsaw loops are welded to the length your machine needs.

We serve the United States nationwide for retail and wholesale. Surgical Gigli wire is available globally and is intended for licensed medical practitioners only.
