Round wire bandsaw blades and blade welding
Spyral bandsaw blades are a single round wire with a 360° cutting edge. Because the tooth cuts all the way around, the blade turns in any direction. That means notches, sharp corners, spirals and contours that a flat toothed blade cannot follow.
We supply the blades as continuous welded loops in the length you need. We also weld bandsaw blades as a service, using resistance welding and heat treating for long weld life. Bestway roller guides are available for the upper and lower guide positions on your existing machine.
